Our Transaction Services team collaborate with organisations of all shapes and sizes across a broad range of Mergers and Acquisitions activity. We are an integrated team of specialists helping clients focus on the key questions during the critical stages of planning and executing a deal, creating and enhancing value.

• The Employment Law Team comprises 15 team members who regularly work with a wide cross-section of the KPMG client-facing business.
• The Team is growing fast.  In the past 18 months it has gone from I to 3 Partners.
• The team undertakes a variety of work with a focus on workforce and pay compliance (including national minimum wage, holiday pay, employment status, pay gap reporting and equal pay), workforce change (people aspects of restructurings including redundancies and TUPE transfers,  changes to terms and conditions and transactional support) as well as general HR/ ER advisory work and global employment projects.

KPMG’s Pensions Advisory continues to build out its new pensions team, and requires individuals that can bring different skill-sets to the team. We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for working closely colleagues in the area of pension risk transfer.

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for effective collaboration within teams, supervising the work of junior staff, providing coaching and development to assist them in the effective delivery of engagements.

The Infrastructure team consists of c400 professionals and is widely recognised as a leading independent business, financial and regulatory advisers in the infrastructure space.

We provide in-depth advice on strategic, financial, regulatory and commercial issues driving investments in infrastructure across Transport, Power & Utilities, and Social Infrastructure in the UK and globally. We provide in-depth strategic and technical advice on corporate finance and corporate financial management, regulatory finance, regulatory policy, business and financial planning, cost assessment and benchmarking as well as in other areas directly affecting value. Our work combines elements of policy, finance, strategy and economics to assist our clients in structuring investments, securing financing, supporting regulatory regimes and maximising shareholder value.
