The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology focussed professionals who work together to deliver SaaS ERP based transformation programmes based on KPMG Powered Enterprise. The teams use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (e.g. Oracle, Workday, Coupa) to lead and deliver client programmes, to support pre-sales activities and to develop improvement and extensions to the Powered Enterprise model. As a Senior Manager within our IT Sourcing capability you will help our clients exploit their supply chains to effect high value technology transformation in support of their broader business transformation agendas. 

 

As an experienced sourcing professional, you will be able to operate across finance, commercial and technology delivery disciplines confidently speaking the language of each and understanding the priorities, challenges, constraints and opportunities of all. 

• The Employment Law Team comprises 15 team members who regularly work with a wide cross-section of the KPMG client-facing business.
• The Team is growing fast.  In the past 18 months it has gone from I to 3 Partners.
• The team undertakes a variety of work with a focus on workforce and pay compliance (including national minimum wage, holiday pay, employment status, pay gap reporting and equal pay), workforce change (people aspects of restructurings including redundancies and TUPE transfers,  changes to terms and conditions and transactional support) as well as general HR/ ER advisory work and global employment projects.
• The applicant should be a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and be prepared to work in a different way to lawyers in traditional law firms.

The Resource Advisor will work closely with the Resourcing Manager and Performance Leader within their allocated department(s) to understand the resourcing needs of the business. This will involve combining the management of the annual resource planning cycle of our recurring work with the proactive management of ad hoc resourcing requests for non-audit projects. In order to do this, they need to develop a good understanding of the client base of their respective departments, the pipeline of opportunities and the skills set of the client facing staff in order to make the right resourcing decisions in conjunction with the Resourcing Manager.
