Power & Utilities (P&U), led by Dr Matt Firla-Cuchra, counts c85 FTEs is the largest business area of the IAG and encompasses work for major clients in the sector, including all UK utilities as well as some of the largest energy and water companies in Europe and beyond. We provide in-depth strategic and technical advice on strategy and business planning and analysis, corporate finance and corporate financial management, regulatory policy, cost assessment and benchmarking as well as in other areas to help our clients create value for both shareholders and customers. We are looking for a Director to lead our Commercial Projects business focussed on the NHS. The team sits at the cross section of KPMG leading healthcare advisory business, and its Deal Advisory capability. The Director will focus on the market need for NHS organisations at all levels to increase their commercial focus and organisation in areas such as generating additional income, accessing additional capacity through deals with the independent sector or utilising their asset base better. This may include advice around partnerships, joint ventures, group structures and significant contracts. The Director will lead a team covering a breadth of services in these areas ranging from opportunity identification, business case processes, commercial and financial advisory services to resulting ventures.
