The Financial Service (FS) Reward practice at KPMG is a dedicated team that provides reward solutions to both UK and non-UK headquartered FS clients. Role Overview: KPMG UK is seeking a Senior MDM Architecture to join our CDO Advisory Practice within Technology & Data, specializing in developing and implementing architecture at enterprise scale.  In this role, you will lead the architectural aspects of impactful MDM projects in our largest clients from strategy through to implementation utilising our technology alliance partners and global delivery hubs as appropriate.  You will bring your continually building technical knowledge to our go-to-market propositions in this area. Key Responsibilities: Lead MDM Architecture projects and workstreams Lead on MDM architecture projects from design to implementation across our clients Provide MDM thought leadership to client stakeholders, advising on MDM architecture and tooling strategies that support their digital transformation strategies Be the technical expert in the room, advising clients on MDM deployment and tooling strategies. Technical Leadership and Collaboration Establish the tools and accelerators that make our approach to the delivery of MDM projects efficient and innovative. Establish the KPMG MDM architecture blueprint. Work with our technology Alliance partners to establish a technology overlay to this. Establish a collaborative relationship with other KPMG member firms where MDM capability is prevalent.  Work to align our MDM architecture propositions and offerings. Business Development & Practise Building Contribute to RFP responses where MDM architecture is a component part, bringing the best of KPMG to answer the client challenge. Support the build out and scale of the MDM architecture capability across the firm in line with projected demand.  Including the build out of capability in our KPMG delivery

Our Transaction Services practice comprises approximately 500 people across the UK, organised to align to KPMG’s market orientated structure, and is at the heart of the Firm's agenda to increase its penetration of boardrooms and work with clients across the economic and transaction cycle.  Our team works closely with colleagues across Deal Advisory as well as Tax, Audit and other Advisory teams; it is a multi-disciplinary and international environment that sits right at the heart of our One Firm agenda. SAP S/4 HANA Finance Enterprise Architect

 

The role of the SAP S/4 HANA Finance Enterprise Architect is to develop the UK Firm’s technology strategy for Finance and Engagement Management domain and translate this into a roadmap that determines our investment priorities and transformation portfolio. The technology strategy needs to promote a seamless, end-to-end customer and employee experience by enabling the efficient creation and modification of effective and reusable technology components. In particular, the strategy should promote the use of modern, Cloud-based technologies; support typical Finance use cases; challenge the business strategy based on emerging and future technology trends; and establish a catalogue that supports the reuse of new technology components, whilst targeting legacy applications and technology for decommissioning. The role should also help to execute and govern the strategy, by helping solution architects and projects to design solutions that are fit for purpose and conform to our standards and patterns.
