We are looking for talented and driven Equity Reward specialists to work in our team and who are excited by the opportunity to be a key part of an exciting growth journey.   Clients will range from working with a diverse range of privately owned business (ranging from owner-managed to private equity), as well as listed businesses.  The successful applicant will want to be involved in business development activities, including client proposals, internal and external presentations and writing material on technical and other matters. The KPMG Private Client tax team is a fast-growing and integral part of the wider KPMG tax practice. In order to support further growth we are looking to appoint a Senior Manager in Bristol. We are looking for excellent candidates with a proven track record in this area who are seeking a dynamic and supportive working environment to help deliver these solutions. You would be expected to lead the delivery of a quality output to our clients and participate in winning new clients by bringing new offerings to the market. Your client base would include a portfolio of high net worth clients, entrepreneurs, shareholders and international individuals.

The Role

• Lead the design and delivery of a Supply Chain workstream on a large SAP S/4HANA project
• Use Business skills along with knowledge of SAP Supply Chain workstream to design and implement complex solutions for customers and between other workstreams
• Understand client supply chain requirements and integration points with other functional areas, to optimise the processes and maximise the benefits of SAP
• Design and implement process improvements by going through the project cycle (design, build, test, training, go-live, post go-live support)
• Advise on technical integration of the SAP application with other customer and 3rd party tools/applications within Supply Chain
• Lead and Support business development and sales initiatives including bid and proposal support/presenting with our SAP clients
• Monitor SAP and Industry trends including awareness of SAP Roadmap and enhancements

The Person

SAP Supply Chain functional expertise in at least one of the following solution areas:

• • SAP Integrated Business Planning
  • SAP PP/DS
  • SAP Digital manufacturing cloud (DMC)
  • SAP ME/PEO
  • SAP extended Warehouse Management
  • SAP Enterprise Asset Management/PM/MRO
  • SAP Order Management & Fulfilment/AATP/Logistics Execution
  • SAP Product Lifecycle Management
  • SAP Transport Management
• Strong functional understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Supply Chain process area and how they integrate with other business functions
• Advise on technical integrations of SAP applications with other client and 3rd party tools/applications in the Supply Chain process area
• SAP system design, build and deployment experience – 4 full lifecycle implementations preferred
• Experience of SAP in Manufacturing industries, Consumer Packaging Goods, Pharmaceutical, Oil and Gas, or Retail
•  Experience of facilitating a design workshop and then translating the requirements into design
• Ability to build strong client relationships based on subject matter expertise and quality of delivery
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues, and synthesize large volume of information
• Strong interpersonal, team building, organisational and motivational skills
• Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with varying team members 
• Self-starter attitude and ability to work well within ambiguity

• Support business development and sales initiatives including bid and proposal support with our SAP clients (comfortable in presenting to C-Suite Stakeholders)
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and supporting multiple activities such as mentoring and capability knowledge transfer to enhance the practice.
• Possess working knowledge of digital trends in Supply Chain (e.g., ESG, Industry 4.0, SCM Digital Solutions that integrate with SAP)
• Team Lead Experience (on/offshore)

Job description

The role involves working on a range of Transfer Pricing Compliance Projects

The work involves:

• Lead global transfer pricing compliance projects where we prepare transfer pricing local files, master files and TP returns for clients across multiple jurisdictions.  This role involves leading on a range of compliance projects across a varied client base in both size of business and industry.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships for global transfer pricing compliance projects
• Project management in relation to the provision of our transfer pricing compliance services including liaising with our global KPMG network of member firms

• Leading the day-to-day delivery processes and manage the project to ensure the local file deadlines are met and correct submissions are made

• Performing/attending functional interviews with clients to understand activities and value drivers for our clients’ businesses to prepare transfer pricing analyses
• Determining key industry features across varied industries that influence the pricing of transactions and preparing transfer pricing analyses
• Review benchmarking analyses across industries and transaction types (TNMM and CUP)
• Reviewing and documenting transfer pricing policies
• Understand and implement KPMG’s transfer pricing technology for preparation of local files
• Review transfer pricing local files using KPMG’s transfer pricing technology
• Supporting clients with tax authority enquiries
• Coordinating with KPMG’s transfer pricing, international tax, indirect tax and other teams across the business and across multiple jurisdictions on a range of topics relating to transfer pricing compliance
• Coaching and developing junior members of the team
• As part of the TP Compliance team actively contribute to leadership discussions and help to implement continuous improvement to processes within the team.
• Lead or assist with business development and project scoping process as necessary for new global transfer pricing documentation proposals including preparing scope and fee quotes and presenting in client pitches/demos.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills/experience:

Qualifications and experience:

• Either a CTA, CA, ACA, ACCA qualification or attained a Bachelors or Masters degree in economics, finance, law, accounting or equivalent qualification.
• At least 7 years of transfer pricing experience, preferably including experience of preparing transfer pricing
