We are looking for a talented and experienced Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for working closely with colleagues in defined benefit pensions. Specific areas of focus, but not exhaustive, will include

• Journey planning and risk management, aiming for self-sufficiency or buy out, and endgame options including use of surplus

• Funding advice to sponsors and advice on compliance with DB funding code

• Advice on contingent funding options and work on special purpose vehicles

• Pensions due diligence on mergers and acquisitions

• Provision of member education and communication

• Advice on benefit change, benefit design and implementation

• Advice on good governance and compliance

You will also have performance management responsibilities for a small number of employees.

This role combines business development, solution sales, relationship management and strategic advisory expertise to build pipeline, win opportunities and support successful client outcomes. Working closely with KPMG partners, delivery teams and ServiceNow stakeholders, you will shape integrated solutions that address complex business and technology challenges. • A strong delivery track record in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close implementations (Oracle FCC) who can leverage business and technology-based solutions to deliver outcomes for our clients.
• System design and delivery, including release management, integration management, data migration strategy and management.
• Prior consulting experience on delivery financial consolidation and close processes for customer across different industries is a preferred requirement
• An understanding of Financial Services Organisation’s Target Operating Model, Process & Controls, Organisation Design, Change Management and Business Readiness is needed.
