The Deal Execution team is part of KPMG’s rapidly expanding Strategy Group, which delivers value for clients by challenging conventional thinking, bringing deep industry and functional insights and executing with investor-grade rigour.  We are a diverse team of over 105 practitioners, working collaboratively with and orchestrating KPMG’s broad set of capabilities within our Advisory business, and are focused on continually enhancing value for clients across the deal and economic cycle. KPMG’s Customer Transformation team within the Strategy & Performance Transformation practice is looking for exceptional candidates for a client-facing Associate Director role, with a Financial Services focus (ideally Banking or Insurance) and experience of customer transformation programmes.  

Our team works closely with client executives who own products; distribution channels; servicing centres; strategy and innovation teams; customer insight teams. We have a fantastic opportunity for Senior Managers to join our Transactions Assurance team and work with companies on the audit and assurance requirements of both UK and US initial public offerings, and with a wide variety of project based assurance and accounting topics, including carve out transactions, acquisitions and opening balance sheet audits and complex private equity transactions.
