The Role

Deal Advisory Tax provides market leading services to both Corporate and Financial investors.  Whilst we have teams focused on clients in four key markets Corporates; Private Equity & Credit; Real Estate and Energy & Infrastructure, we are a national and connected team, working and learning with each other.

• Corporates:  We work alongside some of the most forward-thinking FTSE 100 and 250 businesses, as well as Corporates across the UK, supporting them with strategic acquisitions, carve outs, de-mergers, disposals, and joint ventures both in the UK and cross-border. Our corporates business is a multi-sector business, including Consumer, Life sciences, TMT, Industrials, ENR and Banking & Insurance. 
• Asset Management:  We work with Private Equity, Infrastructure, Renewable/ Energy transition, and Real Estate Funds, both large and mid-cap, as well as institutional investors such as Sovereign Wealth Funds and Pension Funds.  Our clients have UK, European

We work with a variety of high net worth individuals – from stakeholders in privately owned and entrepreneurial businesses, executives of multi-national firms, landed estates and senior members of private equity firms; who may be tax resident and/or domiciled in a range of jurisdictions. We also specialise in providing advice to Trusts and Estates, and Partnerships.  
If you are a highly motivated qualified tax adviser/ accountant (ATT, CTA or ACA/ACCA) with experience of working in personal tax, then we’d love to hear from you.  

The Role

The KPMG Private Client tax team is a fast-growing and integral part of the wider KPMG tax practice. In order to support further growth we are looking to appoint a Senior Manager. 

We are looking for excellent candidates with a proven track record in this area who are seeking a dynamic and supportive working environment to help deliver these solutions.

You would be expected to lead the delivery of a quality output to our clients and participate in winning new clients by bringing new offerings to the market. Your client base would include a portfolio of high net worth clients, entrepreneurs, shareholders and international individuals.

Your experience to date could be from within any of our target sectors above. Our Transaction Services practice comprises approximately 500 people across the UK, organised to align to KPMG’s market orientated structure, and is at the heart of the Firm's agenda to increase its penetration of boardrooms and work with clients across the economic and transaction cycle. Our team works closely with colleagues across Deal Advisory as well as Tax, Audit and other Advisory teams; it is a multi-disciplinary and international environment that sits right at the heart of our One Firm agenda. We are recruiting Managers in our Private Equity, Financial Services, Corporates and Capital Markets teams across the UK to support the growth of our TS business.
