KPMG’s national Incentives, Reliefs & Innovations team is made up of tax, engineering, science, and technology specialists delivering expert advice to a broad range of clients across almost every industry sector. As one of the largest teams in the industry, our continued investment in innovation advisory means that we seek technology specialists to join us on the next exciting phase of our growth.

Our team works with clients from owner managed businesses, to large multinational organisation, and we are looking for a Senior Manager with a strong information technology background to assist clients across a suite of innovation advisory services including R&D tax credits, Patent Box, R&D Allowances, Grants and Innovation Advisory services.
 

Our Transaction Services practice comprises approximately 500 people across the UK, organised to align to KPMG’s market orientated structure, and is at the heart of the Firm's agenda to increase its penetration of boardrooms and work with clients across the economic and transaction cycle. 

Powered Enterprise is KPMG’s world-class accelerated Enterprise Business Transformation approach for cloud-based solutions driven by a pre-defined back-office function based on leading practices and KPMG’s six-layer Target Operating Model. The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology focussed professionals who work together to deliver SaaS ERP based transformation programmes based on KPMG Powered Enterprise. The teams use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (e.g. Oracle, Workday, Coupa) to lead and deliver client programmes, to support pre-sales activities and to develop improvement and extensions to the Powered Enterprise model. KPMG are growing their Powered Apps team to meet an ever-increasing demand for our market leading services and are seeking IT management consultants with relevant expertise and experience.

What will you be doing?

• Communicating compelling and well thought out solutions for project accounting in response to complex client problems based on Oracle Cloud ERP technology.

• Supporting business development and project delivery activities across clients from multiple industries.
• Defining an overall Finance & Procurement solution leveraging leading practice solutions to support the business requirements.

We are seeking talented individuals with experience of SAP S/4HANA across various solution process areas with experience in both advisory and implementation capacities.

This is a high-profile role within the team, requiring strong client delivery skills and experience whilst supporting business development opportunities to grow the practice

The Team

We are currently recruiting Tax Assistant Managers to join our successful Family Office & Private Client team based in the South (Bristol/Reading).

As a national practice our FO&PC team consists of approximately 150 team members across the UK, led by 9 Partners and 15 Directors.

We work with a variety of high net worth individuals – from stakeholders in privately owned and entrepreneurial businesses, executives of multi-national firms, landed estates and senior members of private equity firms; who may be tax resident and/or domiciled in a range of jurisdictions. We also specialise in providing advice to Trusts and Estates, and Partnerships.
