KPMG’s is looking for exceptional candidates for a Director role, with a strong experience in pricing and commercial excellence to join the team within the Pricing Centre of Excellence.

Infrastructure Advisory Group (IAG), a part of KPMG Advisory in the UK, consists of over 400 professionals and is widely recognised as a leading independent business, financial and regulatory adviser in the infrastructure space. 

Our Transaction Services practice comprises approximately 500 people across the UK, organised to align to KPMG’s market orientated structure, and is at the heart of the Firm's agenda to increase its penetration of boardrooms and work with clients across the economic and transaction cycle.  Our team works closely with colleagues across Deal Advisory as well as Tax, Audit and other Advisory teams; it is a multi-disciplinary and international environment that sits right at the heart of our One Firm agenda. We are recruiting Associate Directors in our Private Equity, Financial Services, Corporates and Capital Markets teams across the UK to support the growth of our TS business.

We are looking to augment our team with the appointment of an additional Director role in our Energy Regulation & Policy sub-team to support our growth and development of existing and new service lines.

The Opportunity

• KPMG Law wishes to hire a Senior Manager (Senior Solicitor) - with experience in the real estate sector ideally working for private equity, sovereign wealth and/or real estate investment fund clients and owners with repeat activity. 
• KPMG Law wishes to grow and develop a legal real estate team to take full advantage of the synergies with, and opportunities created by, KPMG’s market leading tax and deal advisory practices.
• The Tax practice is worth £80/90 million per annum and KPMG is currently missing out on the opportunity to maximise clients in relation to corporate and transactional real estate work.
• The successful candidates will have experience within corporate or transactional Real Estate and may or may not have a portable practice that they will bring with them to KPMG.
• The primary focus of the hires will be meaningful deal experience in this space (KPMG is not looking for real estate tax lawyers as part of these hires).
