We require a Digital Audit and Analytics (DA&A) Director to lead the direction and day to day management of DA&A engagement teams as we continue to embed more technology and implement enhanced data driven solutions on our audit engagements. This role offers significant exposure to senior internal stakeholders and regular interaction with senior executives across our audited entities.

The Solution Architect will design and guide secure, scalable and future-ready solutions for audit technology services. The role will work with audit business teams, architects, technology teams, delivery teams and vendors to shape architectures that deliver measurable value and remain robust, maintainable and aligned to KPMG technology policies and standards.

As a trusted advisor, the Solution Architect will help resolve complex delivery and design challenges, support teams to deliver with confidence, and contribute to a growing portfolio of audit technology products and services.

The Business Solution Architect is responsible for translating strategic business objectives into integrated, scalable solutions. Reporting to the Lead Architect, this role is key in the intent of business portfolio leads into a structured, evidence-based view of the business capabilities, value streams, and target operating model the function needs - and then converts that into a prioritised, outcome-anchored roadmap that drives the technology backlog. 

The Principal Data Engineer will be accountable for shaping the technical direction for data engineering initiatives and services within Technology & Solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise in Databricks and cloud data engineering with proven team leadership capabilities and a passion for driving innovation. The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering enterprise-scale data engineering solutions, championing modern engineering practices including AI-assisted development, and fostering a high-performing team culture focused on excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth.
