The UK ServiceNow Alliance Lead is responsible for managing and developing the strategic partnership between KPMG and ServiceNow, focusing on driving business growth by leveraging ServiceNow solutions to deliver client services across various industries, including identifying new sales opportunities, leading joint go-to-market initiatives, and ensuring seamless integration between KPMG's expertise and ServiceNow's technology offerings.

We require an outstanding Alliance professional, with extensive client facing experience, knowledge of the people and propositions associated with ServiceNow and the sales leadership skills to drive the growth that the ServiceNow business presents to KPMG.

We are looking for a Manager to join our Global Mobility Services (GMS) tax team in our London National Markets team. The role will be based in Canary Wharf, London but we have options to consider Birmingham, Reading and other locations in the South.

The candidate will be ready for early assumption of managerial responsibilities and close, regular contact with our dynamic partner and director group

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage a wide variety of clients and lead the team on your clients.
• Maintain and lead strong relationships with clients
• Take ownership for finances and billing.
• Being the day to day contact for allocated clients, supported by a strong team.
• Ensuring clients are provided with up to date information on Global Mobility developments.
• Helping to advise clients on GMS issues, helping ensure they function smoothly and effectively.
• Working with companies of all sizes, including many household name clients.
• Project management of advisory projects carried out for clients.
• Review of tax returns.
• Be involved in all aspects of cross border advisory - covering tax, Social Security, process, policy and efficiencies.
• Carry out arrival/departure briefings for senior assignees.
• Get involved in business development/proposals.
• Managing and coaching of staff.

Qualifications and Skills:

ATT/ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent

Experience and Background:

• International tax services experience with UK Expat

The In-House Tax team are looking to recruit a Manager, specialising in overseas employment and expatriate tax compliance. This is a hybrid working role. The individual will be required to demonstrate exceptional tax compliance skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. The work will involve working closely with other tax professionals, to deliver an efficient overseas employment tax compliance service. 

You will join a cross-functional ESP leadership team led by the Head of Education, Skills and Productivity and supported by a sales executive and a BDM focused on central government, and working alongside a talented team of partners and directors who face into the wider education market.

The role is to lead the translation of the national ESP market strategy into national and regional growth plans and in doing so ensure the plans reflect local client issues and the local impact of national public sector policy.
