This particular role is for an Assistant Manager or Manager to support a fast-paced, highly technical team in providing bespoke global tax services to major institutional investors and asset managers dealing with publicly traded securities.

Your Role:

• Master Technical Knowledge: Dive deep into the advisory aspect of operational taxes, including global withholding tax, capital gains tax, transfer tax, and related global tax compliance.
• Navigate Global Withholding Tax Relief Opportunities: Learn how clients can access WHT relief by way of ruling applications or tax reclaims under applicable tax treaties, domestic provisions and/or claims under the European Court of Justice.
• Client Relationship Management: Handle large global client relationships and projects with finesse.

• Drive Business Development: Participate in business development and proposals to attract new clients.
• Innovate with Technology: Develop new client solutions in collaboration with our technology teams.

In order to support the growth of our capabilities within the Customer, Operations and Infrastructure Financial Services (CO&I FS) team – aligned to the Wealth & Asset Management sector, we are currently looking to recruit Senior Managers who can make a significant contribution by combining an understanding of the Wealth & Asset Management industry with transformation, reorganisation and optimisation capabilities.

You will be a Senior Manager within our CO&I FS Ops team aligned to WAM Consulting and will be helping both grow our business and ensure our teams deliver high quality advice to clients.
