The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology focussed professionals who work together to deliver SaaS ERP and EPM based transformation programmes based on KPMG Powered Enterprise. The teams use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g. Planning, Finance, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (e.g. Oracle, Workday, Coupa) to lead and deliver client programmes, to support pre-sales activities and to develop improvement and extensions to the Powered Enterprise model. As an Oracle Programme Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Oracle projects, ensuring successful safe execution, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will lead multi-disciplined teams to drive delivery excellence, leveraging Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid methodologies. Additionally, you will play a key role in business development, commercial proposition creation, and financial & commercial oversight.

The Role

• Lead the design and delivery of a Supply Chain workstream on a large SAP S/4HANA project
• Use Business skills along with knowledge of SAP Supply Chain workstream to design and implement complex solutions for customers and between other workstreams
• Understand client supply chain requirements and integration points with other functional areas, to optimise the processes and maximise the benefits of SAP
• Design and implement process improvements by going through the project cycle (design, build, test, training, go-live, post go-live support)
• Advise on technical integration of the SAP application with other customer and 3rd party tools/applications within Supply Chain
• Lead and Support business development and sales initiatives including bid and proposal support/presenting with our SAP clients
• Monitor SAP and Industry trends including awareness of SAP Roadmap and enhancements

The Person

SAP Supply Chain functional expertise in at least one of the following solution areas:

• • SAP Integrated Business Planning
  • SAP PP/DS
  • SAP Digital manufacturing cloud (DMC)
  • SAP ME/PEO
  • SAP extended Warehouse Management
  • SAP Enterprise Asset Management/PM/MRO
  • SAP Order Management & Fulfilment/AATP/Logistics Execution
  • SAP Product Lifecycle Management
  • SAP Transport Management
• Strong functional understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Supply Chain process area and how they integrate with other business functions
• Advise on technical integrations of SAP applications with other client and 3rd party tools/applications in the Supply Chain process area
• SAP system design, build and deployment experience – 4 full lifecycle implementations preferred
• Experience of SAP in Manufacturing industries, Consumer Packaging Goods, Pharmaceutical, Oil and Gas, or Retail
•  Experience of facilitating a design workshop and then translating the requirements into design
• Ability to build strong client relationships based on subject matter expertise and quality of delivery
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues, and synthesize large volume of information
• Strong interpersonal, team building, organisational and motivational skills
• Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with varying team members 
• Self-starter attitude and ability to work well within ambiguity

• Support business development and sales initiatives including bid and proposal support with our SAP clients (comfortable in presenting to C-Suite Stakeholders)
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and supporting multiple activities such as mentoring and capability knowledge transfer to enhance the practice.
• Possess working knowledge of digital trends in Supply Chain (e.g., ESG, Industry 4.0, SCM Digital Solutions that integrate with SAP)
• Team Lead Experience (on/offshore)
