The successful candidate will work on a broad range of matters, including being involved in the processes for approving KPMG’s new services and products, assisting with general commercial queries, drafting software licences, supporting our deals teams and providing contract support for KPMG’s engagement teams. 

The Company Secretarial & Global Entity Management Team sits within KPMG Law. KPMG has a long history of successfully delivering multidisciplinary services to clients and our team plays an important part in that. Our vision is to be the company secretarial adviser of choice for KPMG’s clients in relation to compliance and governance matters.

We have ambitious growth plans for our team and KPMG Law as a whole is growing and expanding into other areas of law that fit within its vision and the needs of KPMG’s clients, making it an exciting time to join us.
