KPMG’s Debt Advisory practice has a c.25 year history advising public and private clients on developing and executing debt financing strategies. The team’s typical clients include listed companies, medium to large privately owned businesses and private equity / sponsor-backed entities. Its experience spans the spectrum of debt markets, financing instruments, asset classes, sectors and situations (including M&A, investment, new debt issues, refinancing and restructuring / amendments to debt facilities). The team operates sub-teams focusing on ‘Corporates’ and ‘Leveraged Finance’, in addition to dedicated expertise specialising in financial services and real estate.

Our Transaction Services practice comprises approximately 500 people across the UK, organised to align to KPMG’s market orientated structure, and is at the heart of the Firm's agenda to increase its penetration of boardrooms and work with clients across the economic and transaction cycle. 

You will work on the origination and execution of lead advisory mandates in the mid-market and specialise within London Regions – Business Services to help achieve the client’s strategic objectives of buying or selling their company from initial strategic review to successful completion. The Policy Lead is responsible for developing and maintaining Global Information Security Policies and Security Standards, which define the minimum-security baseline for all KPMG entities.  The role requires a blend of policy expertise, technical skills, and the management skills to drive policy development and enhancements to ensure that our security baseline meets the firm's business requirements and expectations of external parties, regulators and clients, and is aligned to industry frameworks.
