We are looking for an experienced KPMG colleague to join the OGC Commercial team to assist in contract review and negotiation. The role's primary function will be contract review and negotiation and a focus on support of our Audit client facing teams. Candidates should have a good understanding of KPMG’s risk appetite, as they will be handling requests for changes to engagement letters, General Terms of Business, and Additional Terms. Experience in negotiating contracts with clients or audited entities would be an asset.

 

The role involves a focus on contracts for Advisory, Tax, and Audit services. In particular, there will be an emphasis on contracting for Audit, which includes assisting with responses to tenders for new audit relationships.
