The Compensation team supports the UK firm of around 17,000 employees. Reporting to the Compensation Senior Manager/Manager, this role involves supporting the team in delivering and managing the UK compensation strategy and related initiatives. This position is ideal for someone with a logical mindset, strong Excel capabilities, and a passion for solving complex problems using data. You will play a key role in supporting compensation analysis and building tools to enable data-driven decisions. This role is an integral part of the wider Reward team.

As a Data Engineer, you will implement the technical development of Quantexa-based solutions, bringing deep hands-on experience with data ingestion, transformation, and contextual data modelling. You will collaborate closely with Quantexa project team, Tech Leads, and client stakeholders to implement/deliver high-quality solutions that address complex business challenges.

You will play a critical role in designing and implementing robust data pipelines, configuring Quantexa components, and supporting the overall success of client engagements.

The Business Solution Architect is responsible for translating strategic business objectives into integrated, scalable solutions. Reporting to the Lead Architect, this role is key in the intent of business portfolio leads into a structured, evidence-based view of the business capabilities, value streams, and target operating model the function needs - and then converts that into a prioritised, outcome-anchored roadmap that drives the technology backlog.
