A ServiceNow Business Development Manager  is required to build credibility and cultivate ‘trusted partner’ relationships with the wider KPMG LLP community. Responsible for driving awareness of the KPMG ServiceNow Practice and solution capability to drive successful origination and growth of the ServiceNow Business across the UK and Switzerland. Providing trusted advisor expertise to fulfilling our client’s strategy business and technology needs. The Senior Sales Manager role will progress opportunities for ServiceNow Practice in the market by leveraging a hybrid skillset of business development, presales, technical excellence and delivery.  

They will advocate innovation both within the firm and with clients and take a wider role in developing team members to their full potential as well as promoting collaboration across teams. The person will need to understand client business issues at a macro industry level and shape an integrated solution, encompassing the best of both KPMG ServiceNow Practice and the wider KPMG LLP. 

You will be confident in working along with others to win in client situations and deliver sustainable outcomes. Deep relationships with ServiceNow and bringing new opportunities to strategically partner with ServiceNow are a must. You will also have a track record of growing and developing a business in a hyper growth situation and leading and developing a Sales team in the highly challenging environment whilst still delivering profitability.

KPMG’s UK Global Mobility team supports the talent strategy by facilitating and managing assignments all over the world. This is a key strategic role leading both the global mobility delivery but also mobility talent planning across a capability. As such you will be able to consult, challenge, and drive exceptional response, solutions, and delivery. As a manager you will support leading the team operationally as well as championing on best practice approach. You will have a consultative style and excellent organisational skills. You will demonstrate expertise in policy management and possess in depth knowledge of UK immigration and tax compliance. Key to credibility in the role is the ability to triage problems and provide commercial solutions which necessitates keeping up to date on changing UK regulatory requirements including immigration, personal tax, corporate tax but also the wider impacts of change in the UK approach such rental laws access to healthcare.   excellence on compliance requirements.  Empowering and developing wider team knowledge, key

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving utilisation and dependence upon our firm as the go-to place for all things Microsoft at KPMG. Acting as a trusted advisor, the BDM will support member firms in shaping strategic approaches that meet their clients’ business and technology needs.

The role will focus on creating and progressing opportunities for MBS across the International market, particularly within the Commercial Sector—which includes industries such as manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, technology, logistics, energy, professional services, healthcare, hospitality, and education. Leveraging a hybrid skillset of business development, presales, technical expertise, and delivery know-how, the BDM will help position our capabilities effectively within these dynamic sectors.

 

Business Development

  • Own the development and execution of a demand generation strategy for a key industry market to drive pipeline and sales to agreed KPI’s
  • Develop the overall positioning, uniqueness, and messaging for the Microsoft offerings through KPMG Microsoft Business Solutions into that industry
  • Responsible for the generation of pipeline and execution of sales for the organisation
