Our team advises infrastructure owners in both the public and private sector, including government with their most complex challenges. IAG is widely recognised as one of the world’s leading independent financial and business advisers in infrastructure consisting of over 380 professionals.

Our team leads exciting projects across both public and private sectors principally focused on major capital and infrastructure portfolios in Transport, Energy, Water, Defence, Oil and Gas and Health. This is a fast-growing area offering many opportunities building upon a global capability in Asset Management where we provide:

• Asset Strategy and Transformation, including operating model design and transformation of asset management functions.
• Asset Health and Performance including investment planning, efficiency improvements in capital and operating expenditure, as well as asset resilience, asset data, investment business cases and benchmarking.
• Digital asset management including asset performance and financial modelling and smart technology.
• Investor assurance of asset performance and transaction due diligence support.

What will you be doing?

KPMG’s Insurance Enterprise Architecture practice is a leading independent advisor for Technology Architecture professional services. We help CIOs, CTOs and their management teams transform their businesses and IT services. Our clients have to develop robust and executable strategies that have to account for the continual development of technology, with current focus being on Digital disruption, exploitation of cloud technologies and modernising the IT estate.

We help these organisations understand and evaluate their strategic options, build business cases, design the roadmaps and then continually optimise. We have deeply skilled architects to support this journey and make the path robust throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

We are growing our Insurance Architecture team to respond to the increasing demand and in particular seeking technologists with architecture backgrounds and experience in Enterprise Architecture within the Insurance sector. Within the Insurance Architecture team, we work across all areas of the sector, from General Insurance, to Health Insurance, Life and all of London Markets, including Carriers, Brokers, Underwriting, MGA’s, as well as all aspects of the value chain. We look to simplify streamline end-to end architecture, reduce legacy, ensure appropriate governance is in place, as well as advise on new and innovative technology to enable our clients to grow their business and differentiate themselves in the market.

The EPM capability within our Corporate Services and People Consulting business specialises in delivering large scale Techno-Functional transformation initiatives and supporting CFOs/ CXOs on a wide range of issues. Over the last few years, we have established a reputation as the leading provider of top-quality consulting and technology delivery services. Using a blend of audit techniques, technology, and strategic thinking, we analyse financial performance and contract compliance to identify cost recovery opportunities and drive operational improvements. Our work spans a wide range of agreement types—from royalties and software to supplier contracts—across both public and private sectors.
