Role summary

The purpose of the Information Security Automation Specialist role is to ensure sound delivery of technical projects, systems, and services for the GSOC. The Information Security Automation Specialist will be responsible for customization, maintenance and support of various security monitoring platforms and provide a mixture of project delivery, system integration, maintenance, and support around the GSOC platforms including Microsoft Azure Sentinel and Microsoft Defender security suite. This role will be part of a team working in a fast-paced environment driving performance, reliability and supporting the GSOC tools and infrastructure hosted on Physical and Cloud platforms delivering SOC services. The successful candidate for this role will have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, experience in integrating technology platforms, strong communication skills and a desire to tackle the complex problems of scale which are unique to a SOC environment. Job Title: Senior Manager - Legal Operations & Transformation Services

The role is for a senior manager and will be supporting client delivery as well as the development and growth of our Legal Operations and Transformation Services (LOTS) practice. 

Description of the role:        

-Highly experienced consultant with detailed knowledge of legal operating models
-An understanding and experience working with legal technology vendors
-Ability to lead large scale, complex global transformations
-Lead the end-to-end proposal response mechanism from RFIs and RFPs to the preparation and presentation of final decks
-Support with the strategic direction and focus of the LOTS practice

The role will report directly into the head of Legal Operations and Transformation Services. The primary objective will be in delivering complex projects to our multinational clients and to support during the sales process. 

As the team and business grows, the candidate will be expected to have a leadership role and take on responsibilities to support the development of people and culture within the team, ensuring continuous development and support for their direct reports.

The candidate will also be expected to take on responsibilities related to business development, marketing and communications, headcount, resource and revenue planning and forecasting to feed in to the wider LOTS business.

The role of the Solution Onboarding Cross-functional TOM Lead is to support the solution onboarding program centrally across all KDN functions i.e. Audit, Tax and Advisory. It will support KDN leadership, central teams, delivery centers to align on priorities to onboard solutions. The responsibility of the role is to drive requirements gathering phase for solution and working for through Target Operating Model Blueprint aligned with KDN strategy for all new solutions. The focus of the role will be drafting and improvising a repeatable methodology with supporting documentation/assets to drive TOM Blueprint. Additionally, it will be to implement and track KPI's on the performance of the solution onboarding process; identify, validate and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline solution onboarding process.
