As Digital Lead of the Create Digital Team, you will collaborate with the Design and Operations Managers to support and consult on creative digital solutions. With a passion for new technologies, functional digital design, and a strong UX/UI and prototyping background, you'll lead the UK and India teams in delivering exceptional user experiences for KPMG.

Focused on understanding user needs and behaviors, you’ll inform product strategy and design while ensuring high-quality, user-first outcomes. You will work closely with the KGS digital team to ensure a seamless design and development process, holding the team accountable for quality and timely delivery. Strong relationship-building with UK business leaders and cross-location mentoring is essential for delivering top-tier digital services. The Change Manager is responsible for delivering change initiatives for specific Data & Analytics (D&A) projects, ensuring the successful application of change management principles. This role focuses on execution while providing valuable insights to the Head of Change Management and supporting the broader change management team as needed.
