An opportunity for a Business Development Senior Manager to work in the Consumer Retail & Leisure sector to lead and grow a portfolio of key accounts in the sector.

As a Manager, you will be responsible for delivering innovative projects, managing teams, and supporting clients as they navigate technological change.

You will work closely with senior leaders and clients to design and implement solutions that address complex tax challenges, improve efficiency, and unlock new opportunities. You will also play a key role in promoting technology adoption within the team, supporting training initiatives, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our service offerings.

If you have a strong background in technology project delivery, a keen interest in AI, and a desire to make a real impact in the tax industry, we encourage you to apply - prior tax or accounting experience is beneficial but not essential.

As a member of the GBS team, you will be primarily focussed on working with clients in the public sector i.e. Central Government, Healthcare, Higher Education, Infrastructure, Local Government and Policing. You will be focused on the delivery of market leading GBS solutions to the public sector including GBS Strategy, Target Op Model design, GBS Transition/Implementation and Business Process Outsourcing advisory.
