What will you be doing?

• Lead IAM projects work-streams from inception through to final delivery.
• Provide subject matter expertise on IAM controls.
• Provide support in developing strategies, roadmaps and implementation plans for multiple IAM domains.
• Support in creating IAM solution blueprints and producing high-level designs for technical and process solutions across a range of IAM domains.
• Provide specialist knowledge on IAM tooling, and their integration with client IT systems.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• Analyse and interpret data, draft report findings, and attend client meetings
• Contribute to the establishment and development of both internal and external relationships and support the business development activity of senior members of the team.
• Shape, develop, contribute to and present proposals to support clients with IAM.
• Coach and develop junior team members through sharing of experience and knowledge.

Role Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Manager with experience leading large client Organisational Transformation programmes. Typically, these programmes would cover at least one of the following areas: Workforce Transformation (inc. AI), Organisation Design, Change Management, HR Transformation, Digital Transformation, Learning and Development. Our work is incredibly varied, but would typically cover:

• Leading complex people centric projects and transformation workstreams with a team of consultants, to drive business change, integrating across large multi-disciplinary programme teams and providing leadership on the people side of the solution/ implementation.
• Providing specialist advice and working closely with client leads and team members to successfully deliver project outcomes

• Banking Accounting Advisory (BAA) is a team of Banking and Financial Services technical accounting specialists with extensive experience delivering expert accounting advisory services, financial reporting and regulatory change projects to major Tier-1 global banks, challenger banks and building societies.

• We have deep expertise in complex accounting within the Banking and Financial Services sector such as IFRS 9, hedge accounting, securitisations and other structured transactions, derivatives, and deal accounting for mergers and acquisitions and group reorganisations.

The Tax Technical team is a critical enabler to all tax activities within GCT and provides expertise into KPMG’s complex tax audits.  Audit quality is of paramount importance and to do this efficiently, we maintain a dedicated and enthusiastic team of tax specialists.  We are also the engine room of the tax reporting, compliance, governance and low-level advisory work undertaken by the wider GCT team – servicing large domestic compliance clients as well as our Global Compliance clients.
