Finance is currently heavily involved in the EMPowered project which will see the firm's core Finance systems replaced with S/4 HANA and other new systems integrated alongside.  This change will be the biggest transformation the firm has seen in 15 years and it is vital that the Finance teams scale up operations to help support the business in the successful roll out of these new systems.

The Deal Execution Advisory Team

KPMG's Deal Execution Advisory Team is a growing and dynamic team. We work with both vendors and acquirers on mergers, acquisitions, divestments, exits and joint ventures, both pre and post-deal.

The team offers four key proposition areas:

Separation: Supporting vendors to plan and deliver a credible, discrete standalone entity to the Buyer with value preserved and business continuity in place from Day 1, including supporting the definition and implementation of transitional service agreements.

Integration: Pre and post deal integration design, planning and implementation to integrate the target business into the Buyer’s organisation whilst mitigating risk and enhancing value.

Synergies: Understanding the potential benefits and costs generated through a proposed transaction, and the associated plans, interdependencies, risks and issues for the delivery of base and stretch case targets.

Joint Ventures: Helping respective partners ensure the key value considerations are identified and prioritised early and delivered through the associated business plan, leveraging each party’s specific contribution and capabilities and managing broader stakeholder relationships.

People Consulting is an integral part of KPMG’s Management Consultancy practice and a growing part of our business.  This team help to transform the performance of organisations by changing the way people are led, managed and developed.  We do this by focusing on two key areas – delivering the people agenda on large scale, complex, change programmes and transforming the HR function by technology.  
 

We help financial services organisations – Banks, Insurance companies, FMIs, Wealth and Asset managers, and Fintechs – to change and adapt to the environment in which they operate.  Changes may be driven by decisions to digitise, to streamline, to pivot, to respond to new regulation or to harness the benefits of analytics or new technology.   Or they may be driven by acquisition or disposal.  Whatever the reason, our clients are continually re-designing parts of the organisation, and that’s where we come in.  

We are looking for experienced consultants who can lead Organisation Design workstreams on complex, business critical programmes.  You will be expected to

• Scope, price and design our approach for a particular client (with support from a Partner or Director), and then to lead delivery of this work
• Lead/support business development and grow revenues from the existing work portfolio
• Use leading practice problem-solving methodologies to address client issues and structure projects
• Work and collaborate with colleagues from other service lines such as technology, finance, customer or analytics  

KPMG’s FS Corporate Tax team has an immediate need for an Insurance Tax Senior Manager to support delivery of a range of engagements across corporate tax advisory and tax audit assist work. The KPMG FS Corporate Tax Team has a strong market reputation working with leading Global and UK banks and insurers on a range of tax services. The Credit Management department is part of OEH Finance. You will be joining a team that provides vital credit control support to the Business, working with a wide portfolio of blue-chip companies, providing high level credit control administration and support, delivering excellent customer service on a variety of tasks and activities and enabling customers to focus on their core business objectives contributing to KPMG’s goal of driving growth through operational excellence.
