The Sales Enablement Lead will bring subject matter expertise in implementing strategies, tools and processes that continually increase the efficiency and effectiveness of sales teams. You will bring significant knowledge on a particular set of process and emerging industry trends/issues to the team to help develop regional sales strategies and win approach for bids. Typically participates on a part-time basis, or full time during various stages of an opportunity pursuit. KPMG’s Energy and Natural Resources (“ENR”) tax practice covers Oil and Gas, Mining, Power and Utilities (including renewables) and Chemicals. As our clients are facing unprecedented change with the energy transition and fiscal uncertainty our ENR tax and legal practice is growing significantly.   

Our clients comprise some of the largest global ENR clients, covering both UK headquartered and inbound groups. Our work covers deal advisory support, international tax and domestic tax advice.  A successful candidate would have opportunities to work across these areas.

The Role

Deal Advisory Tax provides market leading services to both Corporate and Financial investors.  Whilst we have teams focused on clients in four key markets Corporates; Private Equity & Credit; Real Estate and Energy & Infrastructure, we are a national and connected team, working and learning with each other.

• Corporates:  We work alongside some of the most forward-thinking FTSE 100 and 250 businesses, as well as Corporates across the UK, supporting them with strategic acquisitions, carve outs, de-mergers, disposals, and joint ventures both in the UK and cross-border. Our corporates business is a multi-sector business, including Consumer, Life sciences, TMT, Industrials, ENR and Banking & Insurance. 
• Asset Management:  We work with Private Equity, Infrastructure, Renewable/ Energy transition, and Real Estate Funds, both large and mid-cap, as well as institutional investors such as Sovereign Wealth Funds and Pension Funds.  Our clients have UK, European and Global investment strategies and will often have teams across multiple asset classes which allows our

As a Qualified Actuarial Consultant at KPMG you take a lead delivery role, managing small teams across a wide range of client projects such as IFRS 17 impact assessments and implementations, finance transformations, companies mergers and acquisitions, providing advice on capital models or supporting our own Audit colleagues.

In this role you will be leading project teams in the delivery of client engagements and providing technical input to a number of projects and drafting reports and presentations.
