What will you be doing?

• We require the individual to deliver technical client projects around risk and regulatory issues for our banking clients.

• Support internal product development of material relating to risk and regulatory topics, in particular on wholesale conduct risk and / or Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR).

The Cyber Strategy Manager role is pivotal to the sustainable growth of the Cyber Strategy service area within the UK, supporting the delivery of cyber strategy services within our Infrastructure Government and Healthcare (IGH) sector.

Our Transaction Services practice comprises approximately 500 people across the UK, organised to align to KPMG’s market orientated structure, and is at the heart of the Firm's agenda to increase its penetration of boardrooms and work with clients across the economic and transaction cycle.  Our team works closely with colleagues across Deal Advisory as well as Tax, Audit and other Advisory teams; it is a multi-disciplinary and international environment that sits right at the heart of our One Firm agenda. As a Qualified Actuarial Consultant at KPMG you take a lead delivery role, managing small teams across a wide range of client projects such as IFRS 17 impact assessments and implementations, finance transformations, companies mergers and acquisitions, providing advice on capital models or supporting our own Audit colleagu

Tax and Legal Technology Team 

We are a team of 300+ technologists providing technology enablement services and solutions across the Tax and Legal business. This business has 2,500 tax & legal professionals covering multiple disciplines. We serve many thousands of clients and private individuals by providing a modern, market-leading suite of technology solutions that provide an efficient digital experience from routine to complex tax advice depending on client’s situation.  

Tax is highlighted frequently as an industry where generative AI will have a significant impact on how services are provided. You will be working as a team at the forefront of navigating that change and redefining the way in which tax is determined in the UK and globally, making sure people and companies pay the right amount of tax with the minimum amount of effort. 

The team is made up of Product Owners, Business Analysts, multi-disciplinary Engineering teams (approximate 150 Software, QA and Cloud Operations engineers) and IT Service delivery professionals working on a large portfolio of systems used to improve productivity and solve key business problems across Tax & Legal. We also build cutting edge web portals for clients to interact with KPMG, maximising collaboration and ensuring seamless delivery of information to our clients.
