KDN Tax & Legal’s (solutions (e.g. Indirect Tax Compliance, Global Mobility Services and Legal Managed Services.) operate  like a sub-function department of up to 1000 staff across 5 different geographies. The KDN Global Solution Lead  acts like a “mini-CEO” of the respective KDN Solution.  In that capacity, a KDN Global Solution Lead is accountable for the overall business performance of a solution, including quality, client centricity, technology and process innovation, and its P&L.  The role is part of the T&L COO organization to ensure consistency across solutions, and is then “attached” to a specific solution(s).

Reporting to the Senior Manager in the Partner Tax Compliance team, the individual will be required to demonstrate excellent tax compliance skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. The work is by nature high profile and the ability to treat matters with the utmost confidentiality will be key. The role involves interacting with individual partners and working alongside other internal departments including the Partnership Office, Risk and Independence, payroll and OGC to deliver an efficient tax compliance and advisory service to partners as well as the partnership.

The In-House Tax team are looking to recruit a Manager, specialising in overseas employment and expatriate tax compliance. This is a hybrid working role. The individual will be required to demonstrate exceptional tax compliance skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. The work will involve working closely with other tax professionals, to deliver an efficient overseas employment tax compliance service.
