We are looking for talented and driven Equity Reward specialists to work in our team and who are excited by the opportunity to be a key part of an exciting growth journey.   Clients will range from working with a diverse range of privately owned business (ranging from owner-managed to private equity), as well as listed businesses.  The successful applicant will want to be involved in business development activities, including client proposals, internal and external presentations and writing material on technical and other matters. We are a national team of over 140 transfer pricing specialists including 14 Partners based in London and key UK cities.  There is a good mix of tax professionals, accountants and economists with backgrounds from industry, practice and HMRC.  This variety of backgrounds will give you the opportunity to work with people who are experts in their field and help you to build a diverse skillset....

The Team

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Asset Management Advisory (AMA) team, part of the KPMG Infrastructure Advisory Group (IAG). Our team advises infrastructure owners in both the public and private sector, including government with their most complex challenges. IAG is widely recognised as one of the world’s leading independent financial and business advisers in infrastructure consisting of over 380 professionals.

Our team leads exciting projects across both public and private sectors principally focused on major capital and infrastructure portfolios in Transport, Energy, Water, Defence, Oil and Gas and Health. This is a fast-growing area offering many opportunities building upon a global capability in Asset Management where we provide:

• Asset Strategy and Transformation, including operating model design and transformation of asset management functions.
• Asset Health and Performance including investment planning, efficiency improvements in capital and operating expenditure, as well as asset resilience, asset data, investment business cases and benchmarking.
• Digital asset management including asset performance and financial modelling and smart technology.
• Investor assurance of asset performance and transaction due diligence support.

The Infrastructure team, consists of over 400 professionals and is widely recognised as a leading independent business, financial and regulatory adviser in the infrastructure space.

We provide in-depth advice on strategic, financial, regulatory and commercial issues driving investments in infrastructure across Power & Utilities (“P&U”), Transport, Telecoms and Social Infrastructure in the UK and globally. Our work includes market and policy design, economic and regulatory analysis, deal structuring and execution, as well as strategic and transaction advice to enable private and public capital to fund infrastructure. We work closely with other functions within KPMG to advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, valuations, tax, accounting, and due diligence.
