Our Corporate Tax Compliance business is made up of a dedicated and enthusiastic team of Corporate Tax Compliance specialists working with our cutting-edge technology platform and our advisory teams to provide a first-class service to our diverse client base which includes global and large domestic compliance clients with complex and interesting tax profiles. We are now looking for a talented individual at Senior Manager level. The successful candidate will have deep technical knowledge and thrive in a dynamic and challenging working environment to ensure excellent client service, and will be supported by a strong and ambitious leadership team.

• KPMG Law wishes to hire a Senior Manager  - with experience in the real estate sector and experienced in the development and integration of legal technology to enhance service delivery. 
• KPMG is planning to launch a global real estate portfolio management solution during 2026. The candidate will work closely with the KPMG Law UK Real Estate team to undertake the initial design and testing of the solution before launching across the broader network.
• The KPMG Law UK real estate team started in December 2013 and is now 9 strong including 3 Partners with further growth plans during 2025/2026 already acting on repeat investment, development and asset management mandates for private equity funds, sovereign wealth clients and listed property funds.
• KPMG already has established real estate capabilities across multiple countries and the candidate will be required to liaise with senior lawyers in those countries as the solution scope is broadened. The candidate will also assist with the project management of the roll-out and the implementation of specific client solutions.

KPMG’s Energy and Natural Resources (“ENR”) tax practice covers Oil and Gas, Mining, Power and Utilities (including renewables) and Chemicals. As our clients are facing unprecedented change with the energy transition and fiscal uncertainty our ENR tax and legal practice is growing significantly.

The Role

Deal Advisory Tax provides market leading services to both Corporate and Financial investors.  Whilst we have teams focused on clients in four key markets Corporates; Private Equity & Credit; Real Estate and Energy & Infrastructure, we are a national and connected team, working and learning with each other.

• Corporates:  We work alongside some of the most forward-thinking FTSE 100 and 250 businesses, as well as Corporates across the UK, supporting them with strategic acquisitions, carve outs, de-mergers, disposals, and joint ventures both in the UK and cross-border. Our corporates business is a multi-sector business, including Consumer, Life sciences, TMT, Industrials, ENR and Banking & Insurance. 
• Asset Management:  We work with Private Equity, Infrastructure, Renewable/ Energy transition, and Real Estate Funds, both large and mid-cap, as well as institutional investors such as Sovereign Wealth Funds and Pension Funds.  Our clients have UK, European and Global investment strategies and will often have teams across multiple asset classes which allows our
