The Cyber Response & Recovery Manager role will be working in the Cyber Response Services (CRS) Team within our Risk Consulting practice, reporting directly into the head of cyber response. Cyber security is one of the areas which KPMG has identified for tremendous investment and growth. We are seeking an experienced commercial lawyer to join our collaborative in-house legal team. 

 The role involves advising senior stakeholders on a wide range of legal, risk and commercial issues, with a focus on drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts – particularly those related to procurement, outsourcing and technology.

Our team works with clients from owner managed businesses, to large multinational organisation, and we are looking for a Senior Manager with a strong information technology background to assist clients across a suite of innovation advisory services including R&D tax credits, Patent Box, R&D Allowances, Grants and Innovation Advisory services.
 

Our Investigations & Compliance team helps clients to establish the facts in relation to an incident, loss or misconduct and then to remediate and recover value. We are experienced in managing diverse issues including fraud and misconduct, regulatory compliance, risk frameworks and modelling and much more.

As a Senior Manager, we expect you to take a lead role on challenging and complex engagements.  You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage stakeholders and deliver quality solutions to our clients. You will be expected to originate opportunities through both internal and external relationships and take the lead on business development activities, including marketing, knowledge sharing and practice development.
