The Role

KPMG’s Energy and Natural Resources (“ENR”) tax practice covers Oil and Gas, Mining, Power and Utilities (including renewables) and Chemicals. As our clients are facing unprecedented change with the energy transition and fiscal uncertainty our ENR tax and legal practice is growing significantly.

Our Deal Advisory Tax work includes advisory services across the whole deal spectrum including company/sell-side vendor assist, refinancing and due diligence projects, to buy-side due diligence and structuring. What will you be doing?

  • Managing financial crime engagements or projects from scoping, analysis, and execution of the project, through to reporting (including delivery workstreams focusing on data modelling).
  • Managing the risk and commercial aspects involved in the delivery of projects including budgets, planning, and project governance.
  • Taking accountability for the successful delivery of engagement outputs and Client outcomes.
