The role of the SAP S/4 HANA Finance Enterprise Architect is to develop the UK Firm’s technology strategy for Finance and Engagement Management domain and translate this into a roadmap that determines our investment priorities and transformation portfolio. The technology strategy needs to promote a seamless, end-to-end customer and employee experience by enabling the efficient creation and modification of effective and reusable technology components. What will you be doing?

 

This exciting role is within our London region Corporate Tax Advisory & Compliance team, based in our Canary Wharf  office.  We work as a region which comprises 5 other offices. 

 

The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships, develop junior staff, provide excellent client service and identify business development opportunities.

 

  • Be market facing with allocated clients and target organisations.
  • Liaising with the client service team and with colleagues in other tax disciplines as well as the audit and accounting discipline to provide a co-ordinated service to the client.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and identifying leads for new work 
  • Ensuring that clients are kept up to date on developments within the corporate tax world that may affect their businesses.
  • Hold conversations with stakeholders in the markets and be capable of introducing relevant specialists from across the firm.
  • Lead by example with client relationships, technical quality and service delivery

What will you need to do it?

 

  • Qualified (ACA/ACCA or CTA or equivalent).
  • Strong educational background (preferably 2:1 or higher University degree)
  • Sound knowledge of UK corporate taxation.
  • Sound knowledge of accountancy principles, in particular accounting for tax (including deferred taxation and accounts disclosures).
  • Strong time and task management skills.  Able to remain calm when under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Sustains a high level of drive, shows enthusiasm and a positive attitude when coping with pressure at work.
  • Monitors and upholds high quality of service and products to clients (internal and external).
