Role and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will have a proven track record in employment tax compliance and will have responsibility for:

  • Building and maintaining client relationships through high levels of client service.
  • Supporting on the delivery of advice to clients.
  • Proactively winning work with the team by managing existing clients and spotting new opportunities through client and team interactions.
  • Supporting senior team members with business development and marketing activities, both internally and externally.
  • Managing work in relation to a wide variety of projects in the areas set out above.
  • Involvement in local marketing initiatives.
  • Taking responsibility for delivering work to a high standard and meeting deadlines.
  • Reviewing work carried out by junior staff managing complex projects.
  • Managing teams of people including coaching and developing junior staff.

This can include advising on new jurisdiction entry, the development of new business areas, business reorganisations, refinancing and leasing as well as the impact of windfall taxes and global fiscal change (e.g. BEPS 2.0 Pillar 2).
