The Cyber Response & Recovery Assistant Manager role will be working in the Cyber Response Services (CRS) Team within our Advisory practice, reporting directly to the cyber response leadership. Cyber security is one of the areas which KPMG has identified for tremendous investment and growth. The Partner Relations (“PR”) Lead role reports to the Head of Partnership office with a secondary reporting line to the Head of Employee Relations.  The PR Lead is accountable for the day-to-day leadership of Partner Relations. The role provides pastoral support and access to confidential support to our partners including wellbeing matters together with oversight of complex and senior case management, ensuring consistent, timely and compliant outcomes.  The PR Lead provides deep expertise on partner related ER matters, bringing external market knowledge around competitor activity and industry trends, and acting as an ambassador for KPMG through effective networking.

The PR Lead works collaboratively with the Partnership Office, Employee Relations team, senior business leaders, the Employment Law Advisory Team (“ELAT”), and HR Directors to set Employee Relations (“ER”) standards within the partnership and drive a robust and high-performance culture. The role provides high touch support for Equity Partners, and plays a key role in shaping wider ER strategy, policy and service evolution within the partnership.

The Deal Execution Advisory Team

KPMG's Deal Execution Advisory Team is a growing and dynamic team. We work with both vendors and acquirers on mergers, acquisitions, divestments, exits and joint ventures, both pre and post-deal.

The team offers four key proposition areas:

Separation: Supporting vendors to plan and deliver a credible, discrete standalone entity to the Buyer with value preserved and business continuity in place from Day 1, including supporting the definition and implementation of transitional service agreements.

Integration: Pre and post deal integration design, planning and implementation to integrate the target business into the Buyer’s organisation whilst mitigating risk and enhancing value.

The Cyber Response & Recovery Manager role will sit within the Cyber Response Services team in KPMG’s Cyber Advisory practice, reporting into the cyber response leadership team. Cyber security is one of the areas KPMG has identified for significant investment and growth. Our clients continue to face increasingly destructive cyber threats, particularly ransomware, destructive malware, business email compromise, Active Directory compromise, cloud compromise and advanced network intrusions. In these situations, clients look to KPMG not only to investigate and contain the incident, but also to help them recover securely, rebuild critical services, reduce the risk of reinfection and improve their long-term resilience.

This is a hands-on cyber response and recovery manager role, focused on supporting clients through the most operationally critical phase of a cyber incident: restoring business services safely and securely. The role will work closely with incident response leads, forensic teams, legal advisers, crisis management teams, technology teams and client executives to convert incident findings into practical remediation, rebuild and recovery actions.

  • KPMG Law wishes to hire a Senior Manager  - with substantial  post qualified experience in the real estate sector ideally working for clients with repeat activity. 
  • The KPMG Law UK real estate team started in December 2023 and is now 11 strong including 5 Partners with further growth plans during 2026 already acting on repeat investment, development and asset management mandates for private equity funds, sovereign wealth and listed property company clients.
  • The successful candidates will have experience within corporate and/or transactional Real Estate and may or may not have a portable practice that they will bring with them to KPMG.
  • The primary focus of the hires will be meaningful deal experience in this space (KPMG is not looking for real estate tax lawyers as part of these hires).
  • Ideally the candidates will be known in the market with good contacts in the target client base.
