The Role

Deal Advisory Tax provides market leading services to both Corporate and Financial investors.  Whilst we have teams focused on clients in four key markets Corporates; Private Equity & Credit; Real Estate and Energy & Infrastructure, we are a national and connected team, working and learning with each other.

• Corporates:  We work alongside some of the most forward-thinking FTSE 100 and 250 businesses, as well as Corporates across the UK, supporting them with strategic acquisitions, carve outs, de-mergers, disposals, and joint ventures both in the UK and cross-border. Our corporates business is a multi-sector business, including Consumer, Life sciences, TMT, Industrials, ENR and Banking & Insurance. 
• Asset Management:  We work with Private Equity, Infrastructure, Renewable/ Energy transition, and Real Estate Funds, both large and mid-cap, as well as institutional investors such as Sovereign Wealth Funds and Pension Funds.  Our clients have UK, European and Global investment strategies and will often have teams across multiple asset classes which allows our

The Team

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Corporate Tax professional to join our London Region Corporate Tax Advisory & Compliance team, based in Milton Keynes

Our client base is extensive and diverse, including UK-headquartered businesses and international inbound groups across a broad range of sectors. The team has a strong reputation in the market, a stable leadership structure, and an excellent track record of developing and promoting its people.

The Role

Our advisory work spans complex and high-impact projects, including:

• Business restructurings and reorganisations
• New jurisdiction entry and expansion into new markets
• Pre- and post-transaction reorganisations
• Refinancing and interest deductibility matters

KPMG’s FS Corporate Tax team has an immediate need for an Insurance Tax Senior Manager to support delivery of a range of engagements across corporate tax advisory and tax audit assist work. The KPMG FS Corporate Tax Team has a strong market reputation working with leading Global and UK banks and insurers on a range of tax services. There is a strong pipeline of project and advisory work.
