MS Dynamics 365 F&O Lead Consultant

The Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) business unit at KPMG is looking for a Dynamics 365F&O Lead Finance Consultant with experience in all phases of large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365F&O projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a hands-on approach and proven experience in end-to-end implementations, combined with a strong understanding of Dynamics 365F&O process and procedures and practical knowledge of interfacing and integration with Dynamics products. A demonstrable history of consultancy experience is a must as this role will entail continuous interaction with clients, leading onshore consultants, working alongside both onshore and offshore development teams. This role will also require a level of presales activities focused around Dynamics F&O functionality and the wider Microsoft platform. You will also contribute to proposal development and provide input in business development whilst leading and mentoring more junior staff This role is therefore key to KPMG Microsoft Business Solutions’ customer delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions. It is a dynamic and exciting opportunity to join a rapidly developing business area within an established and market-leading global firm.

Responsibilities:

Ownership of gathering and documentation of functional requirements and complete gap/fit analysis for workstream
Leading module workstream of full end-to-end D365 F&O implementations through all phases of the project life cycle
Ownership of gathering and documentation of functional requirements and complete gap/fit analysis for workstream
Ownership of the solution for a D365 module (SCM, Finance, Commerce, HR) , making design decisions and reviewing/creating solution documentation
Solves and advises on complex problems with creative solutions
Delivery of end-user training to clients and colleagues where applicable
Provide on-site support and assistance throughout delivery and go-live phases of project to client and more junior team members
Advise client and delivery team members of scope (creep) and use of change control processes
Demonstrate ability around upselling and understanding of additional company capabilities
Knowledge of product roadmap and the content of future releases of D365FO in the supply chain area and demonstrate changes/additions to team members
Involvement in responding to RFPs and RFQs and other pre-sales activities as required
involvement in further development of capabilities in D365 F&O product team
Contribute to practice development activities and involvement in the creation and delivery of these to fellow colleagues
Leads people and helps to grow them in their role
Promotes the Values of our company
Performance manage two or more junior members of product team
Ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training
Carry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by Directors
Represent KPMG MBS in a professional and positive manner at all times

Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience with Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365F&O) or AX2012 with a minimum of 3 end to end implementations
Extensive experience in consulting and very good presentation skills
Ability to lead meetings and workshop, and confidently present to the C-Suite
Demonstrable, hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (D365FO) implementation experience in D365 Modules such as:
- SCM
- Finance
- Commerce
- HR
Strong understanding of sub modules

The KPMG North Regional tax team is a fast growing part of the KPMG tax practice and we are looking for a Manager with a proven track record who is seeking a dynamic and challenging working environment within a strong, supportive team. What will you be doing?

Being one of the main points of contact on a portfolio of clients on day-to-day tax matters and working with Partners, Directors and Senior Managers on our larger client accounts
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and understanding the client’s business
Managing tax advisory projects by providing UK corporation tax input and overseeing the successful delivery of commercially viable and technically excellent advice including working with other areas of tax and our overseas members firms to incorporate their input into our advice
Ensuring our clients are kept up to date with emerging corporate and wider tax developments impacting their business
Managing the delivery of UK corporation tax compliance services
Supervising the work of junior members of staff and providing coaching to support their development.
Assisting our Partners, Directors and Senior Managers with client account management, including complying with appropriate quality and risk management procedures and financial management

· Seeking out and pursuing business development opportunities with clients and targets and actively participating with Senior Managers, Directors / Partners in business development activities

What will you need to do it?

Qualified CTA or ACA / CA or equivalent
Strong UK corporation tax compliance and advisory experience, including tax accounting
