KPMG’s Pensions Advisory continues to build out its new pensions team, and requires individuals that can bring different skill-sets to the team. We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for working closely colleagues in the area of pension risk transfer.

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for effective collaboration within teams, supervising the work of junior staff, providing coaching and development to assist them in the effective delivery of engagements.

Working as part of the Finance and People Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering business-focussed and best practice HR support. Your role will include managing a variety of HR queries and being the first line of contact by phone and email. You will provide initial guidance, advice and support to the employees. Your proactive approach will support all activities in the Employee Lifecycle.

You will be responsible for helping grow and deliver our InfraTech business, working with client organisations and other KPMG teams to develop our offerings and value propositions. This is a client facing role for both business development and delivery, including stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.

Power & Utilities (P&U) is one of the largest business areas of the Infratstructure team  and encompasses work for large clients in the sector, including all energy and water companies in the UK as well as some of the largest utilities in Europe and beyond. We provide in-depth strategic and technical advice on corporate finance and corporate financial management, regulatory finance, regulatory policy, business and financial planning, cost assessment and benchmarking as well as in other areas directly affecting value.
