We provide in-depth strategic and technical advice on strategy and business planning and analysis, corporate finance and corporate financial management, regulatory policy, cost assessment and benchmarking as well as in other areas to help our clients create value for both shareholders and customers. Our work combines elements of policy, finance, strategy and economics to assist our clients in structuring investments, securing financing, supporting regulatory regimes for the benefit of customers as well as maximising shareholder value. This area continues to grow and we are looking for a high quality candidate to support our Power & Utilities business with a particular focus on giving strategic advice to clients in relation to the evolving regulation and policy framework affecting the energy networks.

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Solution Architect (Contact Centre as a Service)  to take on this role in our growing practice. The role involves implementing solutions, collaborating with clients, and ensuring seamless integration of software developments and business processes.The ideal candidate will be an established professional with extensive experience in working on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service & CCaaS area.  They will have an in depth view of how the Dynamics platform is evolving and be able to communicate the implications of this for both our clients and our teams.
