We are seeking a talented individual to manage and deliver client engagements, with demonstrable experience of managing the design and delivery of complex change and transformation programmes (People-Centric Transformation) to support our clients with addressing key market challenges. Typically, these programmes would cover at least one of the following areas: Target Operating Model Design, Organisational Redesign, Financial Recovery Programmes, Service Improvement, Back-Office Transformation and Digital Transformation.

Our work is incredibly varied and on a day-to-day basis your work could cover:

• Managing a team of consultants and working closely with client teams to deliver client engagements
• Providing specialist advice and working closely with client leads and team members to successfully deliver project outcomes
• Contributing to business development and sales, working with account teams to scope opportunities and developing compelling proposals to win new clients
• Contributing to the development of methods, tools and thought leadership

Our Transaction Services practice comprises approximately 500 people across the UK, organised to align to KPMG’s market orientated structure, and is at the heart of the Firm's agenda to increase its penetration of boardrooms and work with clients across the economic and transaction cycle. Our team works closely with colleagues across Deal Advisory as well as Tax, Audit and other Advisory teams; it is a multi-disciplinary and international environment that sits right at the heart of our One Firm agenda. We are currently recruiting managers to join our successful Family Office & Private Client Compliance team in our Bristol, Birmingham and Leeds offices.
As a national practice our FO&PC team consists of 159 team members across the UK, led by 11 Partners and 16 Directors.

We work with a variety of high net worth individuals – from stakeholders in privately owned and entrepreneurial businesses, executives of multi-national firms, landed estates and members of private equity firms, who may be tax resident and/or domiciled in a range of jurisdictions. We also specialise in providing advice to Trusts and Estates, and Partnerships.
