What will you be doing?

• Builds and develops positive constructive relationships inside and outside KPMG
• Assesses problems from multiple angles to ensure all relevant issues are considered when making decisions
• Proactively drives forward new and creative ideas which benefit the client
• Supports the delivery of valuation projects within budget and timeframe under the assistance of a Manager or Senior Manager
• Provides an analysis of the particular company / business being valued using business analysis techniques
• Drafts comprehensive valuation reports with the assistance of a Manager or Senior Manager
• Liaises with both the internal and external client to ensure that the two way flow of informa

HR M&A was set up as part of the Integration & Separation (I&S) team in Deal Advisory, which has been growing year on year and seen by our clients as a market leader. We are seeking a talented Management Consultant with experience in Front Office / Customer Facing Transformation experience to support our People Consulting Corporates clients by applying Business Strategy and transformation expertise, identifying opportunities, and delivering end to end Advisory engagements.

You will join an established and highly successful Front Office / Customer Facing Transformation practice, with the opportunity to leverage our leading practice methodologies and continue our growth. You will be working closely with FTSE 100 clients across a broad range of industries including Energy, Telecoms, Retail, Media and Professional Services.

The Policy Lead is responsible for developing and maintaining Global Information Security Policies and Security Standards, which define the minimum-security baseline for all KPMG entities.  The role requires a blend of policy expertise, technical skills, and the management skills to drive policy development and enhancements to ensure that our security baseline meets the firm's business requirements and expectations of external parties, regulators and clients, and is aligned to industry frameworks.
