We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Service Operations Lead to oversee and enhance the End User Experience within our organization. This critical role is responsible for managing and optimizing IT services that directly impact employee productivity and satisfaction, including Onsite Support, Service Desk Operations, IT Tech Bars, New Joiner Support, Meeting Room technology, printing services, WiFi, and office network performance.

The role requires strong collaboration with end users, ensuring exceptional service delivery and experience outcomes. Utilizing tools such as the KPMG Nexthink Digital Experience Monitoring platform, the successful candidate will analyse user experience data, identify trends, and implement service improvements to meet the high standards of the professional services sector.

The KDN Office of the General Counsel (OGC) is responsible for managing the organisation's global legal and regulatory risk. The OGC is expanding by seeking an experienced commercial lawyer focused on technology, data privacy, data protection and AI. The Responsibilities: The role involves a mixture of both compliance and advisory responsibilities, with specific duties including:

• Developing and maintaining a high level of technical knowledge across operational taxes and related

areas.

• Supporting the management of client relationships and projects and becoming a focal point of contact

for clients within operational taxes.

• Understanding our client's business and working with teams across KPMG to identify areas for the

provision of operational tax and other services.

• Developing and advising on cutting edge client propositions.
• Being involved in business development and proposal activity.
• Collaborating with KPMG teams across the UK and globally to provide the highest quality operational

tax support to our clients.

• Participating in the development of new client propositions, which will include working with technology

teams to develop new solutions, taking these to market and building the delivery model to ensure

the highest quality services are provided.

• Being an advocate for KPMG and the operational taxes team and helping us grow the business

through the delivery of relevant and high-quality services to our clients.

The Person:  

The successful candidates are likely to have some or all of the following skills:

• Evidence of deep technical ability relating to tax or financial services – e.g., this might be a

qualification in tax, audit, finance, law, regulation or significant practical experience gained in an

industry role.

• Practical experience of dealing with operational taxes within a Financial Services context –
