We are recruiting for Managers to join our Private Equity, Financial Services, Capital Markets, Mid-Market and Corporates teams (which includes Energy and Natural Resources, Life Sciences, TMT, CDI and SPA) across the UK to support the growth of our TS business.

What will you be doing?

• You will be able to draw on your strong Financial Due Diligence experience to work with a variety of clients or sector specific clients
• Using your analytical skills you will interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions for your clients
• You will have overall responsibility for cost management, reporting, monitoring of recovery rates against budget and invoicing
• You will be responsible for delivering large sections/full work streams from end-to-end and will add value to your clients by working together with other areas of the business to become a trusted adviser
• Producing robust financial analysis and supporting your team by reviewing their work
• You will be a key contact for the client and advisors on a day-to-day basis

The Cyber Response & Recovery Assistant Manager role will be working in the Cyber Response Services (CRS) Team within our Advisory practice, reporting directly to the cyber response leadership. Cyber security is one of the areas which KPMG has identified for tremendous investment and growth. Our clients face a challenging cyber threat and look to us to help them understand and respond to that threat.

This is a hands-on role, and an opportunity to join a high performing team that works with a wide variety of clients, as KPMG are one of just nine tier 1 responders in the UK. As such, you will gain a huge amount of experience in a short space of time and will also have the opportunity to be put through a range of security certifications.

As a Tax Director in the US Practice, you will manage a complex client portfolio, advise clients on their tax affairs and help build a growing US tax practice within a Big Four firm.

We work alongside some of the most forward-thinking FTSE 100 and 250 businesses, as well as Corporates across the UK, supporting them with strategic acquisitions, carve outs, de-mergers, disposals, and joint ventures both in the UK and cross-border. Our corporates business is a multi-sector business, including ENR.   Our energy clients span oil and gas, power and utilities (including renewables), mining and chemicals.  

We provides advisory services across a whole spectrum of areas including deals (including buy-side due diligence and structuring, sell-side vendor assists and vendor due diligence, refinancing and listing support) and international tax (structuring, financing, leasing etc). 

We work collaboratively across the KPMG network, our work often involves advice on multiple countries, taxes, and work.
