The People in M&A Centre of Excellence deals with all aspects of the employee journey in M&A, as well as leveraging our experience to enact transformational change outside of a deal context. From early-stage strategy development and organisational design for carve-outs, to synergy cases and cost benefits, employee experience and corporate culture, employee transfer, through to the conception, development and management of effective transformational solutions to help an organisation achieve its ambitions and objectives. Our Securitisation team is made up of client facing staff delivering a range of engagements across a broad spectrum of clients. These clients include investment banks who arrange securitisation transactions and the clients who undertake them, including national and ‘challenger’ banks, foreign banks, building societies, leasing and other lending companies.

We are recruiting a Manager who will be involved in all aspects of project managing our engagements from planning through to completion. Your role will include executive level client interaction and provide you with the exposure to multiple clients on a regular basis. Our current activity levels support the growth and expansion of the existing team.

The Team

We are currently recruiting Tax Assistant Managers to join our successful Family Office & Private Client team based in the South (Bristol/Reading).

As a national practice our FO&PC team consists of approximately 150 team members across the UK, led by 9 Partners and 15 Directors.

We work with a variety of high net worth individuals – from stakeholders in privately owned and entrepreneurial businesses, executives of multi-national firms, landed estates and senior members of private equity firms; who may be tax resident and/or domiciled in a range of jurisdictions. We also specialise in providing advice to Trusts and Estates, and Partnerships.

Working closely with our team, you will not only be delivering transformation work for our clients, you will also be instrumental in helping us to grow our business.  

You will be responsible for leading, scoping, design, development and implementation activities across multiple client projects to deliver leading contract management solutions. You must be confident in leading client interactions, gathering, validating and testing requirements as well as overseeing the end to end contracting transformation of large global projects. You will work closely with client stakeholders, delivery leads, business analysts, developers and testers to guide the design through to implementation and beyond whilst ensuring KPMG risk and quality standards are adhered to
