As an Oracle Programme Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Oracle projects, ensuring successful safe execution, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will lead multi-disciplined teams to drive delivery excellence, leveraging Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid methodologies. Additionally, you will play a key role in business development, commercial proposition creation, and financial & commercial oversight.

The Resource Manager will provide a professional resource management service within Audit.  Working collaboratively with Resource Management across Audit to deliver consistent and effective resource support to the Audit function as a whole.

The teams use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g. Finance, HR, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (e.g. Oracle, Workday, Coupa) to lead and deliver client programmes, to support pre-sales activities and to develop improvement and extensions to the Powered Enterprise model. We are seeking a talented manager with experience of working across a wide range of Corporate and Defence clients. They should be able to manage and deliver client engagements, with demonstrable experience of managing the design and delivery of complex change and people transformation programmes to support our clients with addressing key market challenges. Typically, these programmes would cover at least one of the following areas: Workforce Transformation (inc. AI), Organisation Design, Change Management, HR Transformation, Digital Transformation, Learning and Development.  Our work is incredibly varied, but would typically cover:

• Managing a team of consultants and collaborating closely with client teams to deliver client engagements
• Providing specialist advice and working closely with client leads and team members to successfully deliver project outcomes
• Contributing to business development and sales, working with account teams to scope opportunities and developing compelling proposals to win new clients
• Contributing to the development of methods, tools and thought leadership
