We are seeking a talented Manager with experience in HR Transformation to support our People Consulting Corporates clients by applying HR transformation expertise, identifying opportunities, and delivering HR engagements.

You will join an established and highly successful HR Transformation practice, with the opportunity to leverage our leading practice methodologies and continue our growth. You will be working closely with FTSE 100 clients across a broad range of industries including Energy, Telecoms, Retail, Life Sciences and Aerospace & Defence.

This role will be delivering technology enabled outcomes for some of our clients’ most challenging business issues using modern and best in class engineering methodologies. Successful applicants will need to hold or be eligible and willing to attain at least SC level of security clearance. The role is based in Leeds, offering flexible working with 3 days per week in our engineering designed office space.

The Policy Lead is responsible for developing and maintaining Global Information Security Policies and Security Standards, which define the minimum-security baseline for all KPMG entities.  The role requires a blend of policy expertise, technical skills, and the management skills to drive policy development and enhancements to ensure that our security baseline meets the firm's business requirements and expectations of external parties, regulators and clients, and is aligned to industry frameworks.

The Sales Enablement Lead will bring subject matter expertise in implementing strategies, tools and processes that continually increase the efficiency and effectiveness of sales teams. You will bring significant knowledge on a particular set of process and emerging industry trends/issues to the team to help develop regional sales strategies and win approach for bids. Typically participates on a part-time basis, or full time during various stages of an opportunity pursuit. Equips all client-facing employees with the ability to add value to conversations with customer stakeholders at each stage of sales process

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will lead the technical development of Quantexa-based solutions, bringing deep hands-on experience with data ingestion, transformation, and contextual data modelling. You will collaborate closely with Quantexa Architects, Tech Leads, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that address complex business challenges.

You will play a critical role in designing and implementing robust data pipelines, configuring Quantexa components, and supporting the overall success of client engagements.
