Senior Manager – Legal Managed Services (Contracting Solution Delivery Lead) 

• Reports to: Director, Legal Managed Services 

• Location: UK (Travel Required) 

Role Summary:

The Senior Manager supports the Director by managing and delivering complex client transitions and transformations in contracting services from pre-sales through transition and implementation. Under the Director's guidance, you will lead detailed aspects of the sales and transition phases, including process mapping, pricing structure development, technology requirement confirmation, and RFP response preparation. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Developing detailed process maps and optimised future-state solutions 

• Confirming technology requirements (CLM, Gen-AI), managing data migration and integration 

• Developing pricing structures and contributing to proposal and pitch material creation 

Security Architecture and Advisory (SAA) is a vital part of KPMG UK Cyber Security, a first line of defence team within the Enterprise-Wide Technology function. The SAA team plays a crucial role in assessing, developing and delivering innovative, secure digital solutions for KPMG, our clients, and audited entities.
