Power & Utilities (P&U) is one of the largest business areas of the IAG and encompasses work for major clients in the sector, including all energy and water utilities as well as some of the largest companies in Europe and beyond. We provide in-depth strategic and technical advice on corporate finance and corporate financial management, regulatory finance, regulatory policy, business and financial planning, cost assessment and benchmarking as well as in other areas directly affecting value. Our work combines elements of policy, finance, strategy and economics to assist our clients in structuring investments, securing financing, supporting regulatory regimes and maximising shareholder value. The Indirect Tax practice is a fast-growing and dynamic business, currently with 13 partners and

approximately 186 professional staff located across the UK. We work to support our portfolio of clients

with a variety of Indirect tax issues. Within the team we have specialists in sectors such as Retail,

Supply Chain, International Trade, alongside our Public Sector specialisms. We work closely with our

colleagues in Trade & Customs, Corporate and Employment tax to deliver value to KPMG’s clients.
