The successful candidate will work on a broad range of matters, including being involved in the processes for approving KPMG’s new services and products, assisting with general commercial queries, drafting software licences, supporting our deals teams and providing contract support for KPMG’s engagement teams. 

The In-House Tax team are looking to recruit a Manager, specialising in overseas employment and expatriate tax compliance. This is a hybrid working role. The individual will be required to demonstrate exceptional tax compliance skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. The work will involve working closely with other tax professionals, to deliver an efficient overseas employment tax compliance service. 

The Ethics and Independence (E&I) team are part of the Quality and Risk Management Risk Operations Group which is responsible for monitoring the firm’s and its individuals’ compliance with the firm’s professional risk management and quality control policies, procedures and guidance. Furthermore, the Group work with the wider Quality and Risk community and across the KPMG network to exchange knowledge, develop and improve processes and procedures in response to emerging regulatory, business and other requirements.

Within the Risk Operations Group there are four teams who have responsibility for Partner and colleague independence. These teams are responsible for communicating UK policy, process and guidance on Ethics & Independence (firm and personal) and providing guidance and advice to partners and colleagues on ethics & Independence matters.

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Service Operations Lead to oversee and enhance the End User Experience within our organization. This critical role is responsible for managing and optimizing IT services that directly impact employee productivity and satisfaction, including Onsite Support, Service Desk Operations, IT Tech Bars, New Joiner Support, Meeting Room technology, printing services, WiFi, and office network performance.

The role requires strong collaboration with end users, ensuring exceptional service delivery and experience outcomes. Utilizing tools such as the KPMG Nexthink Digital Experience Monitoring platform, the successful candidate will analyse user experience data, identify trends, and implement service improvements to meet the high standards of the professional services sector.
