Overview

This exciting role is within our South Corporate Tax Advisory & Compliance team, based in our South Central or Southwest offices.

Our clients include UK headquartered businesses and inbound groups across a range of sectors. 

Our work in the tax advisory space includes supporting clients with business and fiscal change. This can include advising on new jurisdiction entry, the development of new business areas, business reorganisations, tax authority enquiries, pre/post transaction reorganisations, refinancing, cash repatriation, interest deductibility and the impact global fiscal change (e.g. BEPS Pillar 2).

We work as a hybrid team where we get together in the office or at client sites at least twice a week to collaborate and learn together, with flexibility over how you spend the rest of your time. 

The role

The KPMG Alternatives team provides high-quality and impactful tax advisory and compliance services to the Alternative Investment Fund sector. This includes private equity, hedge funds, credit funds and real estate funds.

Due to our ongoing growth, we have a number of job openings for exceptional candidates. This posting is for a role focussed on Alternative Investment Fund tax and would be well suited to a driven and motivated candidate with experience in the Alternative Investment Fund sector. Our Contract Performance & Insight (CP&I) team sits within KPMG’s Customer and Operations Advisory practice. We’re a dynamic mix of qualified accountants and commercially minded professionals who help clients unlock value from their third-party contracts.

Using a blend of audit techniques, technology, and strategic thinking, we analyse financial performance and contract compliance to identify cost recovery opportunities and drive operational improvements. Our work spans a wide range of agreement types—from royalties and software to supplier contracts—across both public and private sectors.
